  My girlfriend currently lives here. Water is out at least once a month, sometimes more. No compensation from the management. Appliances are outdated, partially broken and have yet to be fixed despite a request to repair (burner on stove still doesn’t light). Air conditioners smell like mildew. Toilet looks like a public restroom unit. Multiples repairs have needed to be performed on the apartment due to lack of upkeep of the unit by the management. Finally, there’s rarely street parking available for visitors. Due to the $50 per month parking fee to park inside the complex, most residents park on the street. If you park in visitor parking in the evening, you will get towed. So don’t expect to have visitors often if you live here. Visitors’ cars are towed nearly every night.

  I just moved in on Wednesday...........the staff has been so helpful. Even the "super" helped me with a small task. The welcoming grounds are just perfect for my dog. Looking forward to many years here.
